Science Communication among Societies through Public Science Events & Open Days

In a highly connected world, networking is the key to making best use of limited resources. The Arab Science Festival Network (ASFN) is designed to act as a common umbrella that links all Science Festivals in the Arabian region countries, where each festival will selflessly share knowledge, resources, and contacts with other festivals. It will act as an open source where all members share the know-how, expertise, databases, and other essential elements. ASFN is based on a win-win business model, where every member will exchange resources and participate in other national science festivals to enhance the overall science festivals events on the regional level, in addition to popularizing the science festivals concepts.

ASFN is dedicated to encourage and support both new and existing festivals. It will also foster an international conversation about how to make public science events more meaningful, entertaining, and instructive. The specific objectives may evolve over time, but the main goal will remain to foster mutual relationships and exchanges among festival professionals.
